Is New York City The Best Sports City In America?

If you add up all the titles ever given out in the 4 major sports: MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, New York has the most championships combined. Does this make them the best sports city in America? I am not sure, but I like to think there are other factors involved with making a city, a great sports city. Like the fans, the stadiums, the players, etc. If they are not number 1, they sure are in the top 2. I am not sure exactly who that other team is though. Do you?

Not really, they're soo overhyped by the media. You hear/read "the Knicks need players because they're so bad" or God forbid the Yanks lost 4 in a row! The Dow may crash! They have the largest market, their own cable network, new arenas/stadiums etc so they have their pick of the litter.

Who are we to judge such a biased question?? If you don't live in New York, how would you know if it's the best sports town in the US?? Are you just going to say, because New York possesses four of the major sports teams, it's the greatest?? Hell no, Numbers can be deceiving. What about Boston??
