New NCAA footbal rules
Nothing significant of the field. Dec1 early signing date for recruits is a big one, no more two-a-days allowed, School can't hire new assistants for two years before or after signing one of his kids. Hope the last does not get ratified as it will hurt good HS coaches wanting to move up to good jobs

Here's My Take: "seems like pretty much a visual to me. Modern coaches don't conduct the grueling twoadays that used to be in vogue. Don't think it really does anything to or for the game.
To make a difference the could have done something prohibiting night games on the west coast vs east coast games, but I'm not sure any changes to the game needed to be made.

The early signing date is going to make it tougher for mid level teams to be come better quickly. A surprise great season is going to be completed well after most of the high impact recruits are already signed. Also, teams are going to have perhaps seriously injured HS players on their rosters, and a few more academic ineligibles as well." MYT
